At BeSaveNow.com, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and refund process, subject to the conditions outlined below.

1. Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must initiate the return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To request a return, please contact us at support@besavenow.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item).

2. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 14 business days.
Note: Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

3. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a replacement, please contact us at support@besavenow.com. Exchanges are subject to item availability.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at support@besavenow.com upon delivery, along with photos of the damage. We will offer a replacement or full refund, depending on your preference and item availability.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Perishable or hygienic items (e.g., opened beauty or food items)

6. Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they are placed. Please double-check all information before submitting your order.
